These terms apply when you use whizhive.store or buy from WhizHive. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our privacy policy, delivery information and returns and refunds policy.
About us
The WhizHive website is run by WhizHive. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean WhizHive, and "you" means the person using the website or placing an order.
Using the website
- Please give us accurate information, including a phone number and address where you can receive your order.
- If you create an account, keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Don't misuse the website — for example by placing fake orders, abusing discounts or referrals, or trying to break its security. We may suspend accounts and cancel orders when this happens.
Products and prices
- We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours and sizes can look slightly different on your screen.
- Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk) and can change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price or turns out to be out of stock, we'll contact you and you can choose to cancel. If we can't reach you, we may cancel the order.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We call to confirm it, and it's accepted once we confirm it.
- We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if we can't reach you, a product isn't available, there's a pricing mistake, or we suspect fraud. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
- To change or cancel an order, contact us before it ships.
Payment
- You can pay by cash on delivery.
- With cash on delivery, you pay when the parcel is delivered. If cash on delivery parcels are repeatedly not accepted, we may ask for payment in advance on future orders.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered in our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Bangladeshi consumer protection law.
Discounts, Honey and referrals
- One promo code can be used per order, and promo codes can't be combined with a referral discount. Discounts have no cash value.
- Honey reward points are earned on delivered orders, have no cash value and can't be transferred. Honey from cancelled or returned orders, or earned by breaking these terms, can be taken back.
- Honey expires after 12 months without an order.
- Referral discounts are for a new customer's first order only. Referring yourself, or creating extra accounts to earn rewards, isn't allowed.
- The full rules are on the Honey rewards page. We may change or end the programme; if we end it, we'll give at least 30 days' notice on the website so you can use your Honey.
Product requests and suggestions
- Requesting a product doesn't oblige us to stock it or to sell it at a particular price.
- Product suggestion rewards follow the terms shown when we accept your suggestion. Only the first person to suggest a product can be rewarded, and our sales records decide whether a goal was reached.
What you send us
When you send us messages, photos, requests or suggestions, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them to run and improve the shop.
Shopping assistant
Whizy, our shopping assistant, answers automatically and can make mistakes. The prices, stock and details on the product and checkout pages are the ones that apply.
Our content
The website's content — including text, photos, logos and design — belongs to WhizHive or the people who licensed it to us. Please don't copy it for commercial use without permission.
Liability
We're responsible for delivering what you order as described. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; the version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
