Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses all over Bangladesh.
How long it takes
Ships across Bangladesh · cash on delivery available · usually dispatched within 3–5 days.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders can take longer during big sales, public holidays such as Eid, strikes and bad weather, or when an address is hard to find. If your order is badly delayed, we'll let you know.
Confirming your order
After you place an order, we call the phone number you gave us to confirm it. Your order is prepared once it's confirmed. If we can't reach you after a few tries, we may cancel the order.
Delivery charges
We send every order from Chattogram. The delivery charge depends on your area and is added to your total at checkout:
- Chattogram city: Tk 70
- Chattogram district, outside the city: Tk 100
- Dhaka city: Tk 120
- Anywhere else in Bangladesh: Tk 150
Delivery is free when your products come to Tk 1,499 or more after discounts.
When your parcel arrives
- Keep your phone nearby — the delivery person may call when they're close.
- Check that the parcel is sealed and not damaged. If it's clearly damaged or has been opened, don't accept it and contact us straight away.
- For cash on delivery, please have the amount ready.
- If something is wrong once you open it, see our returns and refunds policy.
Tracking your order
Open Track your order and enter your order number (it starts with WH) and your phone number. If you have an account, your orders are also in your account. If you entered an email address, we email you when your order's status changes.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Please check your address and phone number before placing your order. If a parcel can't be delivered because the address is wrong or nobody accepts it, we may ask for the delivery charge in advance before sending it again.
