How do I spend Honey?
At checkout, tick Use Honey. You can spend it once you have 200 Honey, on orders of Tk 149 or more, for up to 10% of the order. On a few items that are already priced very low it can be a little less — checkout always shows exactly how much you can use. Honey can't be combined with a promo code on the same order.
When does Honey arrive?
When your order is delivered, on the amount you paid. It's ready to spend 7 days later, once the return window has passed — the same goes for Honey from a friend's order. If an order is cancelled, its Honey is taken back — and any Honey you spent on it comes back to you.
Does Honey expire?
Only if you don't place an order for 12 months. Any order keeps your whole balance alive.
Who counts as a referral?
A new customer placing their first order with your link or code. Your own orders, phone number or email don't count, rewards are paid only after delivery, and you can earn up to 10 referral rewards a month.
How are suggestion rewards worked out?
We count delivered sales in the 90 days after we accept your suggestion (your own orders don't count). If it reaches 10, you get 10% of the profit those sales made — from 500 up to 5,000 Honey. The first person to suggest a product gets the reward.
Can I swap Honey for cash?
No — Honey can only be spent on orders in our shop, and it can't be transferred to someone else.
